Originally from Houston, Kyle attended college in Dallas where he met his wife, Jordan. After settling in Dallas and building their life together, the couple found themselves drawn back to 30A year after year—the place where they vacationed, recharged, and dreamed of eventually calling
home. In 2022, they made that dream a reality and haven't looked back since.

Before transitioning to real estate, he spent over 10 years in corporate marketing and sales, working with billion-dollar organizations and C-level executives. This experience, combined with his background in professional golf and Ironman training, has given him a sharp edge in negotiation, strategic positioning, and the discipline to see every deal through to the finish line.
